Today’s outfit is a double whammy, as the cardi is the black slouchy, worn over a cotton jumpsuit . Perfect to wear mooching around the Tate here in London, although note to self – AVOID museums during half term week.
This is a great beginners project, as there are no fiddly zips or fastenings! You just need to be sewing machine confident and have made something from a pattern before. To get a great fit, try tacking the top half to the trousers before you finish the waistline, as it’s really easy to adjust the fit at the waistline.
